Sut i ychwanegu pob ffin at gelloedd sydd â llwybrau byr yn Excel?

Fel y gwyddoch, ni ychwanegir ffiniau ar gyfer celloedd yn Excel yn ddiofyn. Weithiau, efallai yr hoffech chi gymhwyso ffiniau i gelloedd i'w gwneud yn rhagorol. Yma, byddaf yn cyflwyno rhai llwybrau byr i ychwanegu neu ddileu pob ffin, yn ogystal â gorchymyn y Gororau i gymhwyso ffiniau yn Excel.

Ychwanegwch yr holl ffiniau y tu allan gyda llwybrau byr o Ctrl + Symud + &: Dewiswch y celloedd rydych chi am ychwanegu'r holl ffiniau y tu allan, ac yna pwyswch y Ctrl + Symud + & allweddi ar yr un pryd, nawr fe welwch fod y ffiniau allanol yn cael eu hychwanegu ar gyfer celloedd dethol ar unwaith.

Ychwanegwch bob ffin gyda llwybr byr o Alt - H - B - A: Dewiswch yr ystod rydych chi am ychwanegu pob ffin, ac yna pwyswch Alt, H, B, A allweddi fesul un. Gweler y screenshot:

Tynnwch yr holl ffiniau â llwybrau byr o Ctrl + Symud + _: Dewiswch yr ystod rydych chi am glirio'r holl ffiniau, a gwasgwch y Ctrl + Symud + _ allweddi ar yr un pryd, yna fe welwch yr holl ffiniau'n cael eu tynnu o ystod ddethol.

Ychwanegwch yr holl ffiniau i gelloedd sydd â gorchymyn Border yn Excel

Yn ogystal â hotkeys, gallwn hefyd gymhwyso'r gorchymyn Border i ychwanegu pob ffin i gelloedd dethol yn hawdd yn Excel.

1. Dewiswch y celloedd rydych chi am ychwanegu pob ffin yn Excel.

2. Ewch i'r Hafan tab, ac yna cliciwch ar y Border > Pob Ffin. Gweler y sgrinlun:
doc pob llwybr byr ar y ffin 3
Yna fe welwch fod yr holl ffiniau yn cael eu hychwanegu at gelloedd dethol ar unwaith.

if you are new on Excel then try this Shortcuts ... no One will tell about this .
1 : For Spelling Check ( Just Select the Sentence or Word and Hold ALT Key and press R + S or just press only F7 after Selecting the Text )
2 : For Wrap Text ( Select the Box and Hold ALT and press H +W )
3: To Copy and Paste your Text in to New Excel Sheet ( Hold CTRL +A +C + N+ V ) and you are Done
4: For New Sheet ( Hold CTRL +N )
5: To Find Some Thing In Your Sheet ( Hold CTRL + F or CTRL + H)
6: To Save Your Documents ( Hold CTRL + S or ALT + 1 )
7: To Close Your Current Sheet ( CTRL + W )
8: To Copy ( CTRL + C )
9: To Paste ( CTRL + V )
10: To Cut ( CTRL + X )
11: To Undo ( CTRL + Z )
12: To Copy Upper Cell Dialogue or Sentence ( Just Hold CTRL and Press D (CTRL + D )

for All side borders just type Alt+H+B+A = All Side Borders

You are right! Pressing Alt – H – B – A keys successively will add all borders to the selection.
