Sut i gyfyngu ar nifer y lleoedd degol yn y fformiwla yn Excel?

Er enghraifft, rydych chi'n crynhoi ystod ac yn cael gwerth swm gyda phedwar lle degol yn Excel. Efallai y byddwch chi'n meddwl fformatio'r gwerth swm hwn i un lle degol yn y blwch deialog Celloedd Fformat. Mewn gwirionedd gallwch gyfyngu nifer y lleoedd degol yn y fformiwla yn uniongyrchol. Cyfyngu ar nifer y lleoedd degol gyda gorchymyn Fformat Cell yn Excel

Fel rheol, gallwn fformatio celloedd i gyfyngu nifer y lleoedd degol yn Excel yn hawdd.

1. Dewiswch y celloedd rydych chi am gyfyngu ar nifer y lleoedd degol.

2. De-gliciwch y celloedd a ddewiswyd, a dewiswch y Celloedd Fformat o'r ddewislen clicio ar y dde.

3. Yn y blwch deialog Celloedd Fformat sydd i ddod, ewch i'r Nifer tab, cliciwch i dynnu sylw at y Nifer yn y Categori blwch, ac yna teipiwch rif yn y Lleoedd Degol blwch.
Er enghraifft, os ydych chi am gyfyngu dim ond 1 lle degol ar gyfer celloedd dethol, teipiwch 1 i mewn i'r Lleoedd degol blwch. Gweler isod y sgrinlun:

4. Cliciwch y OK yn y blwch deialog Celloedd Fformat. Yna fe welwch fod yr holl ddegolion mewn celloedd dethol yn cael eu newid i un lle degol.

Nodyn: Ar ôl dewis celloedd, gallwch glicio ar y Cynyddu Degol botwm  or Gostwng Degol botwm  yn uniongyrchol yn y Nifer grŵp ar y Hafan tab i newid y lleoedd degol.

Cyfyngu'n hawdd nifer y lleoedd degol mewn sawl fformiwla yn Excel

Yn gyffredinol, gallwch ddefnyddio = Rownd (gwreiddiol_formula, num_digits) i gyfyngu ar nifer y lleoedd degol mewn un fformiwla yn hawdd. Fodd bynnag, bydd yn eithaf diflas ac yn cymryd llawer o amser i addasu fformiwlâu lluosog fesul un â llaw. Cyfyngu ar nifer y lleoedd degol mewn fformwlâu yn Excel

Gadewch i ni ddweud eich bod chi'n cyfrifo swm cyfres o rifau, a'ch bod chi am gyfyngu ar nifer y lleoedd degol ar gyfer y gwerth swm hwn yn y fformiwla, sut allech chi ei wneud yn Excel? Dylech roi cynnig ar y swyddogaeth Rownd.

Cystrawen sylfaenol fformiwla Rownd yw:

= ROWND (rhif, num_digits)

Ac os ydych chi am gyfuno'r swyddogaeth Rownd a fformiwla arall, dylid newid cystrawen y fformiwla

= Rownd (original_formula, num_digits)

Yn ein hachos ni, rydym am gyfyngu un lle degol ar gyfer gwerth swm, felly gallwn wneud cais islaw'r fformiwla:

= ROWND (SUM (B2: B11), 1)

Cyfyngu ar nifer y lleoedd degol mewn sawl fformiwla mewn swmp

Os oes gennych Kutools ar gyfer Excel wedi'i osod, gallwch gymhwyso ei Ymgyrch nodwedd i addasu fformiwlâu lluosog a gofnodwyd mewn swmp, fel talgrynnu set yn Excel. Gwnewch fel a ganlyn:

1. Dewiswch y celloedd fformiwla y mae angen i chi gyfyngu ar eu lleoedd degol, a chlicio Kutools > Mwy > Ymgyrch.

2. Yn y dialog Operation Tools, cliciwch i dynnu sylw Rowndio yn y Ymgyrch blwch rhestr, teipiwch nifer y lleoedd degol yn y Operand adran, a gwirio'r Creu fformwlâu opsiwn.

3. Cliciwch y Ok botwm.

Nawr fe welwch fod yr holl gelloedd fformiwla wedi'u talgrynnu i'r lleoedd degol penodedig mewn swmp. Gweler y screenshot:

Tip: Os oes angen i chi dalgrynnu neu dalgrynnu celloedd fformiwla lluosog mewn swmp, gallwch chi osod fel a ganlyn: yn y dialog Operation Tools, (1) dewiswch Custom yn y blwch rhestr Operation, (2) math = ROUNDUP (?, 2) or = ROUNDDOWN (?, 2) yn y Custom adran, a (3) gwiriwch y Creu fformwlâu opsiwn. am using excel fo milk calculations

in 1 crate having 12/lit of milk.
if customar take 12/lit in total it shows 1 using,(=number1/number2)
if customar take 24/ in total it shows 2 using,(=number1/number2)
if customar take 36/ total it shows 3using,(=number1/number2)
but some customar take 15 or 22 or 35

if customar take 15 in total it shows 1.3
if customar take 22 in total it shows 1.10
if customar take35 in total it shows 2.11

i need formula for above calculation

When a put this data on excel, and quit the ' to turn it a number, excel, trucante the number after 5 decimal. The new number is 95,954,691.33897, but I need 10 decimals. How to resolve this?

Ok, here is one I really need help with since it would ease my job a lot. I have a table where i need most of my cells to have 2 decimals. One of the columns (lets say C) has to be A multiplied by B, but with a little text following the result of the multiplication, hence i gave it a:
A*B & "text" formula
My problem is that if result of A*B is 3 or 3.1 it will appear just like that: "3 text" or "3.1 text", but i really need it as "3.00 text"/ "3.10text".
Any tips?

I want to set a limit whereas 0.60 is the threshold if the decimal reaches 0.60 it will automatically count as 1 and reset into decimal. The decimal represent the minutes and the whole number represent the hours. I'm presenting my data as numbers instead of timevalue. Hope anyone can help

Unfortunately it is not working if you concatenate:

I want to combine two cells A and B with many digits to A (B) with onlytwo digits.

I tried like that:
=CONCATENATE((ROUND(C4,1))," (",(Round(D4,1)),")")

It doesn't work and shows only the formula.
Can anyone help?

how to deal with two decimal points e.g. 138.4622.472, 137.1416.113 etc. any way to get rid of .472 and .113 and so on

John, to round to 0 decimals, try use ROUND(CELL,0) and to round DOWN to the number, use INT (integer).
ROUND(12.5,0) = 13 ; INT(12.5) = 12
for the same but not to whole number but e.g. tenths, first multiply the baste number by 10, then ROUND/INT and then devide back by ten.

Kutools for Excel provides an Operation tools which can custom formula to selected cells. This feature may solve your problem.
