Sut i newid enw anfonwr yr arddangosfa ar gyfer eich e-byst yn Outlook?

Os byddwch chi'n sylwi bod enw arddangos eich e-byst a anfonwyd yn anffurfiol neu'n anghywir, efallai y bydd angen i chi ei newid i'r un arferol cywir. Ond mae newid enw'r anfonwr arddangos yn broblem i lawer o ddefnyddwyr Outlook. Gyda'r tiwtorial canlynol, ni fydd newid enw'r anfonwr arddangos ar gyfer eich e-byst a anfonwyd yn broblem bellach.

Newidiwch enw'r anfonwr arddangos ar gyfer eich e-byst yn Outlook

Rhowch hwb i'ch Outlook 2021 - 2010 neu Outlook 365 gyda'r nodweddion uwch hyn. Mwynhewch dreial cynhwysfawr am ddim 60 diwrnod a dyrchafwch eich profiad e-bost!

1. Agorwch y cyfrif Gosodiadau blwch deialog.

1). Yn Outlook 2010 a 2013, cliciwch Ffeil > Gwybodaeth > cyfrif Gosodiadau > cyfrif Gosodiadau. Gweler y screenshot:

2). Yn Outlook 2007, Cliciwch offer > cyfrif Gosodiadau.

2. Yn y cyfrif Gosodiadau blwch deialog, dewiswch gyfrif e-bost rydych chi am newid yr enw arddangos, ac yna cliciwch Newid botwm. Gweler y screenshot:

3. Yna pan fydd y Newid Cyfrif blwch deialog yn popio i fyny, ewch i'r Gwybodaeth i Ddefnyddwyr a newid yr enw arddangos yn yr Eich enw ffeilio. O'r diwedd cliciwch Digwyddiadau botwm.

4. Ar ôl clicio Digwyddiadau botwm, a Gosodiadau Cyfrif Prawf bydd y dialog yn arddangos, yn aros nes bod y cynnydd i gyd wedi'i gwblhau ac yna cliciwch Cau botwm.

5. Cliciwch Gorffen botwm yn y Newid Cyfrif blwch deialog.

6. Pan fydd yn dychwelyd i'r cyfrif Gosodiadau blwch deialog, cliciwch Cau botwm i'w gau.

7. O hyn ymlaen, pan dderbyniodd rhywun eich e-bost, byddant yn gweld bod enw'r arddangos yn cael ei newid fel y dangosir isod sgrinluniau:

In my outlook 2013,i have try same as above procedure. But still, Name is not display in receiver inbox.Please help.

The internet email settings does not pop up and the woman I replaced, her name shows in the "from" field.

Please can you explain how to change the display name that e-mail recipients see? At the moment my email arrive with my full name displayed, but i would like my recipients to see Il Folpetto Ltd instead. I have an EXCHANGE account! Thanks!!!

I want only the person's name to be displayed when I send an email. But for some reason their email address is also displayed. When I set up the contact, I only entered their name in the display field in the contact folder. Yet their email address is also displayed when sending them email.

Start new email. Type their name in the "To" field. As you're typing, the name will drop down in a list. Right click and delete. If they are in your contacts, open. In the "Display as" field, remove the email address so it only shows their name.

I had every email coming into my inbox listed as one of my contacts and tried everything to rectify the problem. I just deleted the "culprit" name and everything is working fine now. I added the contact back in and all is still well.

the name of the contact whose name i am trying to change does not appear in the account settings box; only my email address. Any ideas how to really change the display name of the sender in outlook?

These instructions are for changing YOUR display name when sending e-mails, as far as I know, there is no way of changing the display name of someone SENDING e-mails to you

Well that's a problem. I've seen several different Display Names for the same Sender in Outlook. Even when the Sender is in my Contacts list, Outlook will quite often show a different Display Name, not to mention the differences in the Display Names of Recipients. Plays heck when you sort and collect through 5 years of emails for a given name. You would think Outlook would assign whatever Display Name you have in your Contacts List for a given email address, but no that would be too simple.
