Sut i anfon diweddariad cyfarfod i un mynychwr (newydd) yn Outlook yn unig?

I anfon diweddariadau cyfarfod at ddim ond un mynychwr yn Microsoft Outlook, gallwch wneud fel a ganlyn:

Cam 1: Newid i olwg y Calendr, ac agor y cyfarfod y byddwch yn anfon diweddariad cyfarfod i un mynychwr yn unig, ac yn diweddaru eich cyfarfod hefyd.
Cam 2: Yn ffenestr y Cyfarfod, cliciwch y I botwm.

Cam 3: Yn y blwch deialog Dewiswch Mynychwyr ac Adnoddau sydd ar ddod, darganfyddwch a dewiswch y mynychwr y byddwch yn anfon diweddariad iddo, cliciwch ar y Angenrheidiol -> botwm, yna cliciwch ar y OK botwm.

Nodyn: Os gallwch gofio cyfeiriad e-bost y mynychwr yn glir, sgipiwch Gam 2 a Cham 3, a nodwch gyfeiriad e-bost y mynychwr yn y I maes yn uniongyrchol.

Cam 4: Nawr eich bod chi'n cyrraedd ffenestr y Cyfarfod, cliciwch y Anfon Diweddariad botwm.

Cam 5: Yn y blwch deialog Anfon Diweddariad i'r Mynychwyr, gwiriwch yr opsiwn o Anfonwch ddiweddariadau yn unig at fynychwyr sydd wedi'u hychwanegu neu eu dileu, a chliciwch ar y OK botwm.

Nodyn: Hyd yn oed os yw'r mynychwr ychwanegol newydd wedi'i gynnwys yn y prif fynychwyr a anfonoch at wahoddiad cyfarfod am y tro cyntaf, bydd y mynychwyr dyblyg yn cael eu symud yn awtomatig ar ôl anfon diweddariad y cyfarfod.

It is possible to have this feature also using Office365Outlook connector in Power apps?

We are finding this doesn't seem to be working anymore in MS 365, keeps not offering that option and simply sending to all, which is a problem as we have 300+ at our events. We are using a shared calendar if that coudl be why, but we need to keep using that shared calendar. Any ideas?

Yes, that might be because it's a shared calendar. I also use MS 365, the options displayed after I *** an attendee.

THE WORKAROUND POSTED BY "DND" WORKS. Just "Forward" the invitation to the person you want to add. It will be sent only to that person and nobody else. You will also notice that this new person has now been added automatically to your Attendee list.

Me too, I make sure the box that says "send only to added attendees" is checked and hit send yet it still sends to all attendees. No one knows how to fix it.

A work around that has been working for me is to simply forward the meeting invite to the person you want to add to the list. If you go to calendar view, right click on the meeting you want the person to attend, and click "Forward," you can then put just that individual person's name down and hit send. This does not re-send out the invite to everyone on the meeting, but it does get that person the meeting invite and it adds that person's name to your invitee list under "To...". Hope that helps!

Step 5 doesn't appear for me or my colleagues either. My job predominantly involved calendar management and not having the ability to add members without sending it to everyone, makes me look unprofessional. I can't find anything to fix this online.
