Sut i ganslo cyfarfod ar gyfer un / rhai sy'n bresennol yn Outlook?

Fel rheol gallwn ganslo gwahoddiad cyfarfod i'r holl fynychwyr yn hawdd trwy glicio ar y Canslo Cyfarfod botwm ar y Cyfarfod tab. Beth os canslo gwahoddiad cyfarfod ar gyfer un mynychwr yn unig? Mewn rhai achosion, efallai y bydd angen i chi ganslo'r gwahoddiad cyfarfod ar gyfer un neu rai sy'n bresennol wrth i'r sefyllfa newid. Yma, byddaf yn dangos i chi'r ffordd i ganslo cyfarfod ar gyfer un / rhai sy'n bresennol yn Outlook.

I ganslo gwahoddiad cyfarfod i ddim ond un neu rai sy'n bresennol yn Microsoft Outlook, gallwch wneud fel a ganlyn:

Cam 1: Agorwch y gwahoddiad cyfarfod y byddwch chi'n ei ganslo ar gyfer un neu rai sy'n bresennol.

Cam 2: Tynnwch y mynychwyr y byddwch chi'n canslo'r cyfarfod ar eu cyfer yn y I blwch yn uniongyrchol.

Cam 3: Cliciwch y Anfon Diweddariad botwm.

Cam 4: Yn y blwch deialog Anfon Diweddariad i'r Mynychwyr, gwiriwch yr opsiwn o Anfonwch ddiweddariadau yn unig at fynychwyr sydd wedi'u hychwanegu neu eu dileu, a chliciwch ar y OK botwm.

Has anyone found a resolution yet? Every time I remove someone, it ends up sending to everyone. I don't get the option to send to one attendee. I am using Outlook 365 and trying to edit a Teams meeting. I would really appreciate some help.

This worked for me and only sent the cancellation notice to those I deleted.

It worked perfectly for me. The box popped up and it canceled only those I had deleted from the list.

Hi, when deleting attendees from a meeting when I hit the send button it automatically sends out the updated meeting. Why do I not get the message box that reads:Send Update to Attendees? Sometime it appears and sometimes it does not. This meeting goes to 70 attendees and I do not want to send it out to everyone. Thank you Karon

This did not work - outlook automatically sent cancellation to all guest and no option box popped up.
