Is there a way to save all inline pictures at once as separate jpeg files?

the instructions above detail this exact scenario. You need to save it as an HTML file and it'll dump a folder in the same location with all the images in it

This has increased my productivity several fold, thank you for the tips. Some clients often send me e-mails with inline photos, possibly because their mobile outlook program does this, and I used to right-click and save them individually since it didn't happen that often.

I am trying top insert and embedded image into my email signature. I have tried these options you give but only the image comes through...not the embedded link. How do I make this happen?

Right-click on the inline photo shows all options as greyed out and no options are to save the photo. Outlook 2016 desktop.

      Hi Mary,
The Outlook 2016 desktop program change the save/download rule. You need to click to select the inline picture firstly, right click, and then select Save as Picture from the context menu.

How do you change the save/download rule? The only rules that Outlook appears to acknowledge are those related to directing incoming emails.

how do you print inline images within emails, without saving inline image?

      Hi julie,
There is no built-in function to print inline images in Outlook. However, there is a workaround to print these inline pictures only.
      1. Select the email, and click Home > Reply to reply this email.
      2. Now in the reply window, remove all information excluding the inline images, including text in the message body, to, cc, bcc, subject, attachments, etc.,
      3. Still in the reply window, click File > Print.

There is a mentionable difference between the two methods:
    - "Save as picture" will create a new file, even if you select the format (e.g. .jpg) of the original file. I.e. the picture will be compressed again with Outlook's default settings.
    - If the mail is saved in HTML-format, the picture files will only be renamed (i think so, at least, because their "size on disk" is identical to the original files) and therefore not suffer from degradation.

Listen: I need you to understand how massively helpful this was - at 1am with a deadline due the next day and the prospect of extracting just under a hundred images I thought I might have to write a macro but on a throwaway google search I found your tutorial.
Thank you for saving I don't know how much of my time. I will recommend this suite to my boss and see if I can get it for our company.
