Sut i arbed newidiadau cyfarfod ond peidiwch ag anfon diweddariadau yn Outlook?

Er enghraifft, rydych chi wedi creu cyfarfod ac wedi anfon at fynychwyr Outlook yn barod. Nawr rydych chi am wneud rhai newidiadau yn y cyfarfod, ond peidiwch ag anfon y diweddariadau at unrhyw fynychwyr cyfarfod, unrhyw syniadau? Bydd yr erthygl hon yn cyflwyno tri dull i ddatrys y broblem hon.


Cadw newidiadau cyfarfod ond peidiwch ag anfon diweddariadau gyda nodwedd Save

A dweud y gwir, gallwch chi arbed newidiadau cyfarfod yn hawdd heb anfon diweddariadau gan y Save nodwedd yn Outlook.

1. Cliciwch ddwywaith i agor y cyfarfod, a gwneud unrhyw newidiadau yn ôl yr angen.

2. Cliciwch y Save botwm  a Cau botwm  yn olynol ar y Bar Offer Mynediad Cyflym. Gweler y screenshot:

Nawr mae'r newidiadau yn y cyfarfod yn cael eu cadw, ond nid yn cael eu hanfon at unrhyw un sy'n bresennol yn y cyfarfod.

Nodyn: Mae'r dull hwn yn gweithio'n dda pan fyddwch chi'n newid nodyn y cyfarfod yn unig. Os oes angen i chi newid gwybodaeth pennawd y cyfarfod, fel amser cyfarfod, lleoliad, ac ati, ni all y dull hwn weithio.

Chwilio a dileu e-byst dyblyg yn Outlook yn gyflym

Gyda Kutools ar gyfer Outlook's E-byst Dyblyg nodwedd, gallwch ddod o hyd iddynt a'u dileu o ffolderau post lluosog, neu ddod o hyd i a dileu pob dyblyg o'r rhai a ddewiswyd gyda dau glic yn Outlook.

Arbedwch newidiadau cyfarfod ond peidiwch ag anfon diweddariadau gan Work all-lein

Bydd y trydydd dull yn eich tywys i newid y cyfarfod penodedig wrth weithio all-lein fel na ellir anfon diweddariadau'r cyfarfod o gwbl.

1. Cliciwch i dynnu sylw at y Gweithio All-lein botwm ar y Anfon / Derbyn tab i ddatgysylltu'r rhyngrwyd.

Yn y modd all-lein, fe welwch   wrth y bar statws. Gweler y screenshot:

2. Cliciwch ddwywaith ar y cyfarfod, gwnewch unrhyw newidiadau yn ôl yr angen, a chliciwch ar y Anfon Diweddariad botwm.

3. Newid i'r bost gweld, agor y Blwch anfon ffolder, ac yna dileu'r post diweddaru cyfarfod. Gweler y screenshot:

4. Cliciwch y Gweithio All-lein botwm ar y Anfon / Derbyn tab eto i droi ymlaen modd ar-lein.

Nawr mae'r newidiadau cyfarfod yn cael eu cadw, ond nid yw'r post diweddaru cyfarfod yn cael ei anfon allan.

I found a work around which is a bit dull but it works for me. Change your send option so it first goes in the folder outgoing and then delete them so they dont get sent. But there is no other option and it has worked for me so far.

I wanted to add someone to a Meeting request that was already sent out. I forwarded the request to the additional attendee and then noticed it said "Send Update". Do I need to "send update"? How do I avoid having everyone see the meeting invite again?

Hi there,

After clicking on Send Update, there should be a Send Update to Attendees dialog box, from where you can choose Send updates only to added or deleted attendees optionn.

However, since the options can vary in different Outlook versions, you can create a test meeting, and try to click the Send Update to make sure there is the Send updates only to added or deleted attendees option.

This "Save meeting changes but don’t send updates with Save feature" does not work. When you hit the save button, you get a pop-up that say, "Save changes and send update" or "Don't save changes." For years there's been an option to "Save changes, but don't send update." In early April, 2018, that option disappeared. What happened to this option? How can I use this important feature?"

Hi Malora,
Have you disconnected your Outlook from server and working offline? You should click Send / Received > Work Offline before save meeting changes.

I'm having the same problem. I just want to update the notes and save the notes. The updated notes are for me and not the attendees. I'm not getting that option which is very annoying. Any suggestions?

I have found that the "save but don't send" option is only available if the meeting has never been sent to any recipients, as if it were a draft. Once it has been sent out, the save but don't send option is no longer available.

In either scenario, if an update email is not sent, will the attendee's calendar still be updated with any new information or attachments added to the meeting?

In case you have done this process, is there a way to revert back to the original?
