Trosi Uned Cynnwys Ar Goll O Hyd I Opsiynau

I am trying to use the Unit Conversion tool to convert regular number into either KB, MB, or GB (bits & bytes). When I pull up the conversion tool, I have no options, just a blank popup window that says only the Bits & Bytes option. What am I doing wrong? I am brand new to KuTools. HELP!
