Still have issues.. it is NOT a keyboard thing.
I have rebuilt a whole new OS from scratch, I have installed a new fresh version of office...
STILL HAVE ISSUES..
I have not noticed it in other office apps (outlook, word) but I don't use arrows very often there . etc..
As I said even the mouse wheel no longer scrolls.. until I click off the tab and back on it.
There is a serious bug or something blocking it..
It can work fine for hours then suddenly stop.. once it happens it seems to be more frequent..
I have changed versions back to 32bit .. I have 64GB RAM so no swapping..
I am not a rookie.. but I can't see what is causing this to fail..
