Efallai y bydd llawer o bobl yn meddwl tybed pam nad oes ffordd uniongyrchol o gael a chreu rhestr o ffeiliau ffolder neu gyfeiriadur penodol yn Excel. Ond gyda'r Kutools ar gyfer Excel'S Rhestr Enw Ffeil bydd cyfleustodau, holl ffeiliau ac is-gyfeiriaduron ffolder neu gyfeiriadur penodol yn cael eu rhestru gyda'r priodoleddau ffeil yn Excel.

Rhestrwch yr holl enwau ffeiliau o ffolderau mewn taflen waith newydd

Cliciwch Kutools Byd Gwaith > Mewnforio ac Allforio > Rhestr Enw Ffeil. Gweler y screenshot:

Rhestrwch yr holl enwau ffeiliau o ffolderau mewn taflen waith newydd

1. Agorwch y llyfr gwaith rydych chi am greu rhestr o ffeiliau o ffolder benodol mewn taflen waith newydd, ac yna cymhwyswch y Rhestr Enw Ffeil cyfleustodau trwy glicio Kutools Byd Gwaith > Mewnforio ac Allforio > Rhestr Enw Ffeil.

2. Yn y Rhestr Enw Ffeil blwch deialog, gwnewch y gweithrediadau canlynol:

(1.) Cliciwch 123 botwm i ddewis y cyfeiriadur rydych chi am restru'r ffeiliau;

(2.) Os oes angen i chi restru'r ffeiliau mewn is-ffolderi neu restru ffeiliau cudd, gwiriwch Cynhwyswch ffeiliau mewn is-gyfeiriaduron or Cynhwyswch ffeiliau a ffolderau cudd opsiwn.

(3.) Nodwch y math o ffeil rydych chi am ei rhestru o dan y Math o ffeiliau adran;

(4.) Dewiswch un uned maint ffeil rydych chi am ei harddangos o'r Uned maint ffeil adran hon.

(5.) Gwirio Creu hypergysylltiadau bydd yr opsiwn yn creu hyperddolen ar gyfer pob ffeil a restrir.

3. Ar ôl gorffen y gosodiadau uchod, cliciwch Ok i greu'r rhestr. Mae'r holl ffeiliau sydd wedi'u cynnwys yn y ffolder wedi'u harddangos gyda rhai priodoleddau mewn taflen waith newydd. Gweler y screenshot:

Tip: Bydd y rhestr yn cynnwys priodoleddau eraill, megis maint ffeil, math o ffeil, dyddiad wedi'i greu ac ati.

I have found when using this feature on a network share it does not always capture all files. Just this morning I ran it on a network share that included over 3,000 and I ended up with only 1,400 rows in my sheet and no errors thrown.

Is there a limit to how many files this can create an index for?

Sorry for the trouble. What kind of network share are you using, OneDrive or something? We need more details to fix the problem.

Bonjour,
j'ai installé et utilisé KUTOOLS+ importer/exporter + liste ds noms de fichiers.
je n'ai pu utiliser que 3 fois dans la même journée.
ensuite bloquée.
je croyais que j'avais droit à 30 jours gratuits.

trop dégoutée.

Hi SENGA28,
It appears that you have previously installed and used the free trial version of Kutools. After the 30-day free trial, each feature of Kutools is only allowed to be used 3 times. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is there any way to get a list of files in a Microsoft Teams or SharePoint location? I can synch to a local drive but then the hyperlinks are local and not the online ones.

I'm giving a try to Kutools for excel, in specific the Filename List feature but for some reason it only brings 30,000 entries of a folder/subfolders structure with almost 300,000 files. Is there any limitation?

Yesterday I was a bit disillusioned over this, I set Kutools running at about 9.30, asking it to create a list of file data for Access databases on a network drive. Excel immediately appeared to crash. Hours later, a pop up opened with a progress bar (0%). Windows kept reporting that Excel wasn't responding. By the time I left for the day, the progress bar had moved to 1%. However when I arrived at 9.00 today, the process was complete.

Two comments I hope will be useful to the developers:

1. This process took 24 hours to complete. A warning that that may be possible would be useful.
2. The resulting spreadsheet did not contain any personal data - no 'last user', no 'creator'. Apart from the list of 9,095 Access databases, I also needed the people to go with those data so I could contact them. Is it possible to add this function, or, if it already exists, tell me how?

I am trying to list the files off of my Samsung phone, connected as an external drive, however, it is grayed out for all files on my phone. Will it not work this way? I seem to remember using my external hard drive and doing the same thing. Thanks. Still learning about your product, but it is definitely a time saver.

I have experiencing the same issue as Gary P. The app will not list files in folders with more than 10,000 files, even if I specify a file type

Has this issue been addressed in the recent versions....I am using v16.5 and it does not list anything above 32766 files...tried couple of times but still stops at the same level
