Sut i gadw cyfeirnod celloedd fformiwla yn gyson yn Excel?

Yn y tiwtorial hwn, byddwn yn dangos sut i newid cyfeirnod cell mewn fformiwla i gyfeiriad cyson (absoliwt) i'w atal rhag newid pan fydd y fformiwla'n cael ei chopïo mewn man arall.

Mae'r sgrinlun isod yn dangos dau fath gwahanol o gyfeirnod cell yn y fformiwlâu ar gyfer cyfrifo cyfanswm cost eitemau:

  • Ar ochr dde'r sgrinlun, $ F $ 3 yn gyfeiriad cyson (absolute). Mae'n cadw'r gyfradd ddisgownt yn gysylltiedig â'r gell F3, ni waeth ble mae'r fformiwla wedi'i chopïo o fewn y llyfr gwaith. Felly, mae copïo'r fformiwla i lawr y golofn yn cadw'r gyfradd ddisgownt yn gyson ar gyfer pob eitem.

Cadwch gyfeirnod celloedd fformiwla yn gyson â'r allwedd F4

I gynnal cyfeirnod cell cyson mewn fformiwla, ychwanegwch y symbol $ cyn llythyren y golofn a rhif y rhes trwy wasgu'r allwedd F4. Dyma sut i wneud hynny.

  1. Cliciwch ar y gell sy'n cynnwys y fformiwla.
  2. Yn y bar fformiwla, rhowch y cyrchwr o fewn y cyfeirnod cell rydych chi am ei wneud yn gyson. Yma rwy'n dewis y cyfeirnod F3.
  3. Gwasgwch y F4 allwedd i newid y math o gyfeirnod nes i chi gyrraedd y cyfeiriad absoliwt, sy'n ychwanegu a arwydd doler ($) cyn llythyren y golofn a rhif y rhes. Yma F3 yn cael ei newid i $ F $ 3. Yna pwyswch Enter i gadarnhau'r newid.

Nawr, mae'n cadw'r gyfradd ddisgownt yn gysylltiedig â chell F3, ni waeth ble mae'r fformiwla wedi'i chopïo yn y llyfr gwaith.

Nodyn: pob gwasg o'r F4 cylchoedd allweddol trwy wahanol gyflyrau cyfeirio: absoliwt ($ A $ 1), colofn absoliwt gymysg a rhes gymharol ($ A1), colofn berthynol gymysg a rhes absoliwt (A $ 1), ac yn ôl at berthynas (A1).

Ychydig o gliciau i wneud yr holl gyfeiriadau cell yn absoliwt mewn ystodau

Ar ôl gosod Kutools ar gyfer Excel, ewch i'r Kutools tab, dewiswch Mwy > Trosi Cyfeiriadau i agor y Trosi Cyfeiriadau Fformiwla blwch deialog. Yna mae angen i chi:

  1. Dewiswch ystod neu ystodau lluosog sy'n cynnwys fformiwlâu yr ydych am wneud pob cyfeirnod cell yn gyson.
  2. Dewiswch y I absoliwt dewis ac yna cliciwch OK i ddechrau trosi.

Yna mae pob cyfeiriad cell ar gyfer fformiwlâu yn yr ystod a ddewiswyd yn cael eu newid ar unwaith i gyfeiriadau cyson.

Nodyn: I ddefnyddio'r nodwedd hon, dylech osod Kutools ar gyfer Excel yn gyntaf, os gwelwch yn dda cliciwch i lawrlwytho a chael treial am ddim 30 diwrnod nawr.

That Kutools "Convert Formula References" is perfect, exactly what I need. Unfortunately I can't install that, but it's nice to know someone else needed it and made an extension for it. At least it gives me some closure knowing I'll never find it in base Excel haha. Thanks.

Hi Crystal! Oh, thanks for asking. I was on my Work PC so I knew I would be unable to install anything like this without going through the process of getting it approved with IT, presenting a solid reason to the team as to why we need to pay for additional software, etc. It would be a major headache, and I'm certain I would lose the argument. (Make no mistake, I'm all for it) But, unfortunately I settled for the smaller headache of doing what Kutools' "Convert Formula References" process would do, to a few hundred cells by hand. When I've made it to the big leagues, and I'm the boss, I'll ensure that my whole team is outfitted with Kutools. It's an awesome addition, for sure.

Does not work. If I insert a row above the cell, the formula "tracks" the cell to its new location. This is not what your title implies. I need a formula that reads = B1 and if data gets inserted into row B:B then the formula reads = B1 and returns the new value. Absolute referencing does not do this.

Andrew, that is exactly what I want too..... how can we hold the cell reference Completely constant in these circumstances?

Andrew, Martin! .....I came here for something else but I think I've got what you need.  You can also reference cells using the INDIRECT() function. For your case, if you go to cell C1 (or wherever) and set the equation in C1 to be =INDIRECT("B1"), then it will always return whatever is in B1, no matter what happens to B1. So then, if you insert a column of data into column B, your equation would move over to cell D1, and would continue to pull data from the brand new value in B1. The older referenced value is now in C1, with the column of data before. You can also perform mathematic operations on it as you would any other cell reference. Happy Spreadsheets :)

Use the INDEX() function and for the Array use a range of columns to cover all your data (assuming no column inserts/deletes will happen)
