Os oes gennych chi restr o oriau y mae angen i chi eu trosi i ddiwrnodau gwaith 8 awr fel y gallwch chi gael cyfanswm diwrnodau gwaith gweithiwr yn gyflym. Sut allech chi ddelio â'r swydd hon yn Excel yn gyflym ac yn hawdd?

I newid yr oriau i ddiwrnodau gwaith arferol, gallwch gymhwyso'r fformwlâu canlynol, gwnewch fel hyn:

Rhowch y fformiwla hon: = QUOTIENT (A2,8) & "days" & ((A2 / 8) -QUOTIENT (A2,8)) * 8 & "oriau" i mewn i gell wag lle rydych chi am gael y canlyniad, ac yna llusgwch y handlen llenwi i lawr i'r celloedd rydych chi am lenwi'r fformiwla hon, ac mae'r holl gelloedd awr wedi'u trosi i fformat diwrnodau gwaith 8 awr. Nodyn: Os yw'ch oriau ar ffurf HH: MM: SS, gallwch gael y diwrnod gwaith fel a ganlyn:

1. Rhowch y fformiwla hon: = A2 * 3 i mewn i gell wag i roi'r canlyniad, ac yna llusgwch y ddolen llenwi i lawr i'r celloedd, gweler y screenshot:

2. Yna dewiswch y celloedd fformiwla, a chliciwch ar y dde i ddewis Celloedd Fformat o'r ddewislen cyd-destun, yn y Celloedd Fformat blwch deialog, cliciwch Custom yn y Categori blwch rhestr, ac yna nodwch 0.00 "diwrnod" i mewn i'r math blwch testun, gweler y screenshot:

I was able to convert days and hours with the formula but I can't enter the minutes, could I send the formula containing days, hours and minutes?

i believe something is wrong... 400hrs cannot be 50 working days! Let me explain by using simple formula:
if 40 hours = 1 day, how many days are there in 400hrs?

40 = 1
400 = ?

then it is 400/40 = 10days

thanks for this training. but what was looking for is to calculate how many hours been worked for using the start time and the end time.
i.e. start time end time total hours
8:30 5:00

I want you to please show me the formula to calculate the total hours I have worked for within this period of time.

HI There,

please con you help me with the Excel Formula to Calculate the Standard Net Hours

The Required NET Hours to Work is 7.5 hours per day, i want the net hours to be calculated automatically as 7.5 hours and also show variance if theres' any short hours.
