Sut i fewnosod botwm radio neu botwm opsiwn yn Excel?

Weithiau efallai y byddwch chi'n gweld grŵp o opsiynau wedi'u diffinio ymlaen llaw gyda thyllau cylch yn caniatáu ichi ddewis un ohonynt, ac mae'r dewis yn unigryw. Botymau radio neu fotymau opsiwn ydyn nhw. Mae'n eithaf defnyddiol gyda nhw i ddewis un o gyfres o faint fel Bach, Canolig a Mawr, neu gyfres o liw fel Coch, Oren, Melyn, Gwyrdd, Glas,… ac ati.

Fel arfer dim ond un blwch gwirio neu fotwm opsiwn y gallwn ei fewnosod mewn cell ar y tro gyda chamau diflas yn Excel. Ond Kutools ar gyfer Excel's Mewnosod Swp Blychau Gwirio cyfleustodau a Mewnosod Swp Botymau Opsiwn gall cyfleustodau helpu defnyddwyr Excel i fewnosod blychau gwirio lluosog neu fotymau opsiwn yn gyflym ym mhob cell a ddewiswyd.

1. Ewch i'r Rheolaethau grwp dan Datblygwr tab.

Nodyn: Os na allwch weld y Datblygwr tab mewn rhuban, gwnewch fel a ganlyn:

  1. Yn Excel 2010 neu fersiynau uwch, cliciwch ar y Ffeil > Dewisiadau > Rhinwedd Customize, ac yna gwiriwch y Datblygwr opsiwn yn yr ochr dde.
  2. Yn Excel 2007, cliciwch y Botwm swyddfa > Dewisiadau Excel > poblogaidd, ac yna gwiriwch y Dangos tab Datblygwr yn yr opsiwn Rhuban yn yr opsiynau Uchaf ar gyfer gweithio gydag adran Excel.

2. Cliciwch y Mewnosod botwm, a dewiswch y Botwm Opsiwn, gweler y llun sgrin canlynol:

3. Symudwch y llygoden ar yr ardal weithio, a thynnwch botwm radio. Ailadroddwch y 2 cam ac 3 cam, a mewnosodwch gymaint o fotymau radio ag sydd eu hangen arnoch chi.

4. Cliciwch ar y dde ar un o Botymau Opsiwn, a chliciwch ar y Golygu Testun eitem o'r ddewislen cyd-destun.

5. Yna gellir golygu'r testun uwchben y botwm opsiwn a ddewiswyd, teipiwch enw newydd ar gyfer y botwm radio a ddewiswyd. Ac ailenwi botymau radio eraill yn seiliedig ar eich anghenion.

6. Ar ôl ailenwi'r botymau opsiwn, gallwch hefyd eu fformatio fel y dymunwch. De-gliciwch un o fotymau radio, a chliciwch ar y Rheoli Fformat eitem o'r ddewislen cyd-destun, gweler y screenshot isod:

7. Yn y Rheoli Fformat blwch deialog, newid arddulliau fformatio pob botwm radio. Gweler y screenshot uchod:

Os ydych chi am fewnosod botymau radio lluosog i ystod o gelloedd, bydd y dull uchod ychydig yn drafferthus. Os oes gennych chi Kutools ar gyfer Excel, Gyda'i Botwm Opsiwn Mewnosod Swp nodwedd, gallwch fewnosod y botymau opsiynau yn gyflym i ystod o gelloedd gwag neu gelloedd gyda data.

Dewiswch ystod o gelloedd rydych chi am fewnosod y botymau opsiwn, a chlicio Kutools > Mewnosod > Mewnosod Swp Botymau Opsiwn. Ac yna mae'r ystod o'ch dewis wedi'i llenwi â'r botymau opsiwn ar unwaith fel y dangosir sgrinluniau canlynol:

In Design mode, select the radio button so that the handles show and click Properties to display the properties list. To make it easier to find GroupName, click on the column heading Alphabetic. In the box to the right of GroupName, change the name from the default (I think it defaults to the name of the tab). For each radio that you want to group together, give them the same GroupName. All of the radio buttons with the same group name will be linked together. Radio buttons in other group names will not be affected.

Like all the others I am trying to create a list of questions with the buttons providing a answer for each. I am using Word. I cannot make the individual answers work for each question.

I found this site with the same question as the other posters: how do I create radio buttons in a way that more than one can be checked at a time? I worked it out! Under DEVELOPER - Controls - Insert - Form Controls, Select "Group Box (form control). Lay it out on your sheet. Now create your radio buttons within this group box. Only one radio button can be selected in this box (as per usual). Now though, create a second group box. Any radio buttons in this new box will be independant of those in the first.

Great info above - Thank You! additional question - I followed your steps for the radio button and applied to the 'insert button' - is there a way to change the button color? I can change the button font color - but the actual background/button color... thank you,

Hello Sir, I followed the instruction written above, but the problem is that my sheet having 10 number of question and each question having 5 option. When I select/click radio button at a time I can select only one in entire sheet. I need your help to generate radio button for each question and for each option, so when a candidate try to click one option from each quection then he can do that easily. My sheet is objective type question. Kindly guide me regarding my queries. I want to make my question sheet more user friendly. Thank you Regards Atul Guhe

in two c0lmn 2 check boxes in both, if i select one check box another one must unchecked automatically, the same thing i want to do it for 10 rows is it possible
