Fel rheol, pan fyddwn yn creu rheol i ddibynnu'n awtomatig ar yr e-bost y tu allan i'r swyddfa, ond ni fydd y neges wreiddiol yn y corff yn cael ei chynnwys. 1. Daliwch i lawr y ALT + F11 allweddi i agor y Microsoft Visual Basic ar gyfer Ceisiadau ffenestr.

2. Yn y Microsoft Visual Basic ar gyfer Ceisiadau ffenestr, cliciwch ddwywaith ThisOutlookSession o'r Prosiect1 (VbaProject.OTM) cwarel i agor y modd, ac yna copïo a gludo'r cod canlynol i'r modiwl gwag.

3. Yna arbed a chau ffenestr y cod, cau neu ailgychwyn yr Outlook i wneud i'r cod VBA ddod i rym. Nawr, pan fyddwch chi'n derbyn e-byst, bydd Outlook yn anfon ateb auto gyda'r neges wreiddiol fel y dangosir ar-lein:

I have another question. How can I change the Session.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderInbox).Items. I work with several email accounts and I need this response just from 3 of them.
